5R Farm is a small business in the Portland, Oregon area that makes handmade soaps, lotions, and body butters with vegetable oils and other natural ingredients. I started making soaps and lotions to provide gentle and moisturizing products for family members who have sensitive skin that needs a little extra care. I soon found that I enjoyed making these products so much and they were so well liked by friends and family that I decided to offer them for sale. If you haven’t tried handmade body products before, you are in for a treat! Handmade soap contains more glycerin than most commercial soaps - glycerin is a humectant, meaning it attracts moisture to your skin, and handmade soaps will leave your skin feeling soft and moisturized. Our handmade luxurious lotions are made with natural ingredients selected for their nourishing properties. An overview of products follows below. Luxurious Lotions
Our luxurious lotions include lotions, creams, and body butters made with vegetable oils, shea butter, aloe vera, and vitamin E.
Gift Sets
Two sizes of gift sets are available. Deluxe gift sets contain two varieties of luxurious lotion and three varieties of soap. Mini gift sets contain one variety of lotion and a matching variety of soap.
Liquid Soap
Our foaming hand wash and liquid soap concentrate can be used for washing hands, dishes, or all around household cleaning.
Lavender Laundry Detergent
Our lavender laundry detergent is made with our handmade vegetable oil soap, borax, and washing soda and lightly scented with lavender essential oil. A lavender stain removal bar is also available for pretreating stains before washing.
